I’d say it’s a soft split. They have their own rosters, but if they need some guys to go on the other show for storyline purposes, they’ll just show up without batting an eye.So is Raw and Smackdown basically the same thing? Do Raw wrestlers wrestle on Smackdown and vice versa?
Back in the day they were pretty much two separate things with each show having their own PPVs.
