For the ESPN exposure, which honestly isn't worth anywhere near what it used to be. ESPN hasn't done a damn thing to help the UFC out of their downturn, because if it's not McGregor people ain't paying attention.

WM consistently sells out stadiums in days and did/could do 1mil+ buys on PPV. That's the one show they don't need any more exposure for.
