Only time I somewhat rocked with him was prime Nwo, and it was mostly a cool moment i thought Nash, Hall, and Konnan were the cool ones, he's been a cornball to me other than that and prime Hulkamania I preferred Macho and Bret over him

Character work matters. A LOT of the attitude era greats were average as fukk in ring but they had the goods as characters
