They set up a whole bunch of shyt too so I think he was smart in not only showcasing the new talent but also teasing what's gonna come next for a lot of people so fans can get hyped and tune in the coming weeks. I think the only important program that didn't get progression was Danielson and Mox (it got a brief mention on commentary), which they are apparently saving for Rampage.

It's gotten pretty clear to me watching AEW from the jump to see a trend. The storylines/feuds become a lot more concrete & clear when the PPV is within a month or so. I think TK just throws stuff at the wall until he finds something that sticks to carry into the PPV. Unfortunately, there were a lot of misses between the last one to the next one but all of the potential storylines/feuds going into Revolution look promising now.

I think that's the point. So we know exactly who they are. cause let me tell you anyone who isn't from WWE coming in I literally have no idea who they are. I knew who Omega was by name only. All I keep seeing come in are 5'7 to 5'10 white boys with long hair who can "wrestle". I got enough of that with AJ, Y2J etc etc over the years. Everyone looks the same.
