You know, lowkey there were a few times the E could of made Chief Heath a star. He`s a great underdog, and the only 3MB member who hasn`t gotten a real shot yet. I always say i think he can be a DB type guy if written correctly.

The IC title was made for 2 reasons
1.Stepping stone to the World Championship.
2.Enhance guys like Heath who aren't main event but have talent.
