At this point, you could argue that the pillars are MJF, Darby and Britt Baker. The fourth pillar is still TBD.

Dude, Darby's the biggest homegrown star they've got and is massively over, how is that not a point in favor of TK's prognostications?
For fukk's sake, they literally just used Darby to heat MJF up for this Punk feud 2 and a half months ago. He's such a success (not just due to booking either) that they used him to get someone else over. NO other homegrown talent has been used like that in AEW (at least, not at or near the main event level).

Dude, if you really believe that it's only Darby's booking that got him to where he is today, then I honestly don't know what to tell you (and, in fact, he actually has lost most of his big matches if you check the records).
I don't know how booking helps you if you're supposed to do a handcuffed, no-hands comeback if you can't actually do a handcuffed, no-hands comeback. Or if you're supposed to be established with a 20 minute draw against one of the top guys in the company if you can't wrestle on said top guy's level. Or how you can help a mic guy get his wrestling over in a 20+ minute opener if you yourself can't wrestle and make people care about it. Or why you would be trusted as the partner of a 62 year old who's coming off of major neck fusion surgery if you can't do 90% of the in-ring work and get the crowd into it enough to cover for the old guy being old (if also great for his age). Or why you would be trusted as the first opponent of the company's biggest acquisition ever after his 7+ year layoff in his hometown if he couldn't rise to the moment on his own merits. I could go on.
That's not even getting into the character, which wouldn't work if no one believed in the credibility of his skating skill or the presentation of his ideas didn't connect with the crowd.
If you don't like him, fine. I don't really care for MJF like that, but I'm not going to deny that he's become a major success on his own merits.
