Sammy needs to slow down some in his matches would be better. He always seems like he’s rushing to get to high spots. Slow down and let the match breath to allow the crowd to get into it.

Yet again, we have an angle where Eddie is acting like a prick yet the crowd supports him. 
Eddie a pretty damn good wrestler, but I guess I'll never quite get the fervent love the AEW crowd has for him. His Elevation commentary sucks too (despite him being an awesome promo).

Definitely one of their most MEH episodes of late.
This card was way too weak with the roster they have.
- Crowd in general was sleepy and uninterested, and the show didn't help
- Matt Hardy is moving like a 75 year old in the ring. I would say it might be time to hang em up but looks like they're doubling down
- The Acclaimed aint over enough to be out there for 10 minutes with Bear Country
- Daniel Garcia and 2.0 as a top heel act really is a thing huh? I thought it was just a short term thing but here we are.
- The story they told in the Serena Deeb match did not work
- The Punk match and angle felt a bit ... flat? Also is a powerbomb thru a table not a DQ?

I'm a fan of Sammy, but it really seems like he hasn't improved much over the last 2 years. He's a spot worker and is pretty reckless & sloppy at times.
Agreed. Refusing to shake Danielson’s and Punk’s hand after losing and storming off in a tantrum wasn’t a babyface move at all. But like you were saying, the crowd still fukks with him regardless of him always acting like a child.Eddie is the least likeable babyface everyone likes for some reason. Dude just comes off like a whiny prick that never looks in the mirror and addresses his own flaws to me.

If you believe in Heaven & Hell breh, I think Dino prolly looking up from down there. Though they presented him as a warm and cuddly guy I bet he did some hits for the MTL mob

AEW doesn't really have a lucha mentor backstage. They should try and grab Rey Mysterio whenever his WWE contract is up. He'd be someone that could help Sammy and quite frankly a lot of the flippy guys improve.

It's telling that the rest of the "pillars" (Darby, MJF, even Jungle Boy to an extent) have all improved significantly in one way or another since AEW started, yet Sammy only just started getting better in the last few months, and even that's just marginal.
Then again, with what I've heard about his attitude backstage, maybe he just isn't that great of a listener, or rather doesn't want to be a great listener. I wouldn't even be surprised if the quote-unquote "4 Killers" (Garcia, Moriarty, Hook, Yuta) end up lapping him in terms of development by the end of the year.
I don't know a lot about him other than seeing his vlog occasionally, but he strikes me as someone like Kofi/Dolph Ziggler. By that I mean someone who is content where they're at. He'll always have his internet presence to fall back on and be over and has no real motivation to get any better. He's just having fun hanging out with his friends and getting paid. Nothing wrong with that, but it's not someone that should be in a prominent championship spot
