They should have Wardlow continue to powerbomb punk into Bolivia and just when Wardlow is about to finally pin him then MJF runs in and attacks Punk causing the DQ of Wardlow because Punk wants to be the first guy to pin Punk in AEW.

Isn't that basically what they did?

MJF robbed Wardlow of his moment because he's a selfish prick, even though Wardlow had Punk dead to rights? They already did the DQ last week to brilliant effect, no need to do it again and make them less special.
