Jones uses cane sugar to make its sodas. Obviously going to the store to by a pack of sugar isnt expensive but when its a raw material in your product that is another story. Theres a reason Pepsi, Dr Pepper Snapple and Coca-Cola among others switched to glucose fructose. I wonder who discovered it anyways.

I'll have to check next time I go to the store, I'm almost positive Jarritos are cheap as balls here, like 1$ a bottle, but I recall Jones being insanely expensive when they first came out at least.
