what program were u on when u first started lifting?
ur a beast bro. good work.
Appreciate it homie. Started off on a 5x5 regimen for the big lifts (bench, deadlift, squat) and then just filled in more exercises for each muscle group (curls, incline/decline bench, lat pulldowns, shrugs, dips, rows, etc).
