From several top talent who have input into creative, none has even heard Russo's name mentioned in months.

Others, who would know a lot more, also have not heard his name spoken by anyone including at creative meetings.

It is possible Dixie is secretly talking to Russo, or Big is, but even those in the creative aren't aware of it. But as far as what's been on TV, he's had no input into it, not writing, not making suggestions, not overseeing, nothing.
