Noel is NOT better than Zeller right now. Zeller is a top five pick right now while Noel is a top 10. Yeah, he had 12 block game @ Ole Miss but he's just a defensive player. His offense needs work.

His game's nothing like Baylor's.

His game is similar to Elgin's, just not as effective. He has a vast array of moves. Extremely athletic. Can get where he wants on the floor. Can shoot it extremely well. Very smart. Will be an excellent scorer. Why is he lite? He's no where statistically or polished to Elgin's level. Then again, Elgin played at Seattle University which wasn't Kansas much less DI at that time.

Besides, he was the only SG I could compare him to. No one has top tier athlete ability but doesn't potentially rate as a top tier defender with bigger size for his position aside from Elgin. I was kind of short on names.

He's not. That obvious but for the NBA, Zeller is a high motor talented garbage man who can create his own offense a little but will be an average defender with pretty good athleticism and Noel rates as a potential NBA DPOY and could have good size for a NBA center not to mention his offense has improved during the season. He can be an multi time All Star center compared to a multi time All Star PF. Winner: Noel

Centers>PF's.

lolll Wade was way more polished offensively...forget stats Did you even watch him in college?

Oladipo is like shorter version of Iggy....Defense will be his bread and butter on the next level until he develops a consistent offensive niche......

the work ethic and effort/heart is there...so i wouldn't take anything away from the kid but at this point he's still to raw offensively to be compared to a player like Wade....

At this rate, both of them will go top 5. Zeller can clearly help a team right now more than Noel can. Washington almost has to sacrifice the higher talent in Noel to take a player in Zeller than can help now if they're in that position.

Noel is far from ideal for a center. I don't think he has the frame to be able to add much weight to bang with other centers. Just cuz he blocks a ton of shots doesn't mean he has to play C (see Ibaka). They said the same thing about Anthony Davis when really being a PF is a good compromise for him and Noel.

:what:

I watched Marquette because that was my favorite team. I don't even like IU like that. But I seen both guys play. Both guys carry their teams although Indiana is better than that Marquette team. Marquette was one of the best shooting teams in the nation. When Wade attacked, that left Diener, Merritt, and Novak open for spot up 3's and Jackson down low. Both players were crazy good offensively.

Iggy? Did you watch Iggy at Zona. He was mainly a defensive specialist. Was average offensively nationally. Average efficiency. It's fair to say, he was only a lottery pick due to his athlete ability, size, length, his defensive prowess and his BBIQ. What Philly got out of him offensively was above expectations. Nothing in college gave way that he will score more than 10ppg in the NBA. Come on son, you sound like you never watched the game before.

If you are comparing him to NBA D. Wade, of course. Even NBA D. Wade wasn't what he was today as a rookie. 16.2PPG out of 13.1 FGA. :comeon:

Sometimes you n*ggas just like to argue.

This is one of the weakest drafts in recent memory, but going by your list you got like 10 hall of famers in it breh.

My list had two HOF's and one was the lite version to say the least. I count Wade as a HOF.

I don't see how this class will be weak. I evaluated weak classes before, this isn't one. People were trying to say last year's class was weak at this time last year and Andre Drummond sucked.

I don't know about that. If I am a team in this draft. I like the two SG's, the four PG's, and of course Noel. Don't sleep on Zeller, he can be a legit 20 PPG+ scorer in a up tempo system.

Noel can easily be 245-250 next year with NBA conditioning. He also has decent low strength which is important for a center. Then again, Dwight didn't have it and it didn't hurt him too much. Noel will be big enough to play center in the NBA without a question. His lateral movement is superior to Ibaka's as well. Ibaka's vertical and explosiveness is top tier though.

Anthony Davis is a PF because of his weight distribution. Noel has good weight distribution and wingspan. He's more like Deke and Camby than Davis and Garnett.
