I don't even know anymore...
Marty is crazy as hell man. He came out of that building and with no hesitation blew Ledoux's head off. As soon as their story and what we were seeing wasn't adding up (plus the mention of the Shooting Board), I knew Ledoux was gonna die out there, but didn't expect it to be like that.
It's a shame our Reverend friend died in '10 (meaning he can't be the current killer, meaning he can't be THE killer, if there indeed is just one). I think we're all in agreement that it's NOT Rust right? I mean, that's just too damned obvious. I CAN see him fukking with dude's medicine, but only AFTER he had a chat with him. So if he did kill Tuttle, it's because he knew that he was involved, and had the protection of the Governor, so Rust took matters into his own hands.
Rust and Marty secretly working the case on the low all these years? We don't know why they "broke up" yet, but assuming it was shortly after the prisoner ended up dead, maybe the whole thing was a smoke screen, feigning a split so the "powers that be" don't feel threatened by them anymore. Meanwhile Rust goes off the grid, operating without restraints, all the while getting info from Marty when he needs it. shyt, imagine if he went "under", to infiltrate this lunatic cult/church/whatever, and had to kill Tuttle cause he recognized him?
On a side note, how the hell does some junkie that has to kill just to get pills from a pharmacist know anything about The Yellow King? And if he knows about Him/It, how isn't it more wide known? Something in there just feels wrong to me.
3 more episodes. Show has definitely lived up to the hype for me. Most hooked I've been on a show in quite a while.
