Exactly. Beasley has Von Miller and John Abraham like sack artist potential. Fowler's just gonna be a solid Dlineman for 8-10 years.

Beasley is light...Dupree from Kentucky is the freak.

we have no idea how this draft class turns out

we have no idea how the individual players will turn out, but we can have an idea of how the entire draft will turn out. I'm currently in the process of researching and will make a thread about how different drafts produce different levels of talent. if you look back over the last 6 years, you'll see that drafts are RADICALLY different. some like 2010 and 2011 produce tons of stars. while 2009 and 2013 produce almost none.

just look up the 1st rounds in 2009/2013 and 2010/2011 and compare them. 2009 and 2013 have almost no impact players in the 1st round. while in 2010 and 2011 you almost had to try not to get an impact player in the 1st round.

I hear you. Im a Jets fan and I'm not particularly excited about our slot- no mans land. There are some freak athletes though...the receivers arent nearly as deep but pass rusher is.

Beasley is a work out warrior breh. he's also much older than the rest of the dudes in this class. he's from the 2010 hs graduating class. 5th year seniors rarely ball out in the NFL.
:what: He'll turn 23 in training camp. This ain't the NBA. As for just being a workout warrior, you've clearly never seen him play or at the very least checked the numbers.

2014 was wack compared to 2010 and 2011. only the wrs balled out. top 3 picks look like busts.

just look at the names in 2015. 90% of those dude did little in college. Jalen Collins (LSU) for example couldn't even start at corner last year for LSU yet he's projected as a 1st round pick.
nonsense. barr and mack are beasts. clowney got hurt. besides bortles most of first round will be good ass players

you just want for it to be top heavy, learn what a 'deep' draft is

compare that to 2010 and 2011. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2010_NFL_draft http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2011_NFL_draft

50% of the stars in the league today came from these two drafts. contrary to popular opinion, talent comes into the league in waves, not drips each season.
you sound like you started watching NFL only after kobe became garbage

a lot of nfl players dont become stars and superstars until 2nd, 3rd or even 4th year.

name me one person outside of seattle who thought richard sherman was finna be a superstar after 2011. how about bowman after 2010 ? it took hardy 3 years to become a superstar.

you evaluating the 2014 draft a year after and comparing it to two of the best drafts in nearly a decade, is clown shyt

agree on mack. on clowney, getting hurt is part of the game. lotta injury busts in nfl history. 2014 IMO is not that deep. like 2012 they'll be 10-12 dudes that will ball out over their careers but that draft was weak in terms of depth.

if you wanna talk depth, look at the 2010 draft. 22 all-pros already (Antonio Brown, Dez Bryant, Demaryius Thomas, Victor Cruz, Rob Gronkowski, Jimmy Graham, Maurkice Pouncey, Mike Iupati, Greg Hardy, Jason Pierre-Paul, Ndamakong Suh, Gerald McCoy, Geno Atkins, Navarro Bowman, Darryl Washington, Joe Haden, Alteron Vernor, Eric Berry, Earl Thomas, Kam Chancellor, TJ Ward, Devon McCourty).

hope you got that. not pro bowlers BUT all pros.

again, did you think navorro bowman was an all pro after his rookie season ? was greg hardy ? was jpp ? was demariyus ?
half of these players became all-pros after several years in the league.

the 2014 draft was deep as fukk.

I don't this draft will have much in the way of potential superstars, but I think there will be a lot of depth and players that will have long careers on the RIGHT teams. I think after the first couple of rounds there will be a lot BPA mentality as opposed to drafting for needs and there will be some gems that fall into the 2nd day.

i can't even pretend to care about the draft anymore, i don't follow CFB like that, so outside of ~10-15 always talked about players, these names mean nothing to me...

can't believe i got :old: like that, back when i was in college, i was good for knowing most the picks in rounds 1-3, half of 4
