Arkansas was looking like a team ready to take the jump too since they got Bama and LSU at home that season (only 2 games they lost in 11) and he fukked it up.

Don't think they would've sustained it. They was ahead of they time in offense, but the defense wasn't good even back then and he was doing it with 2 and 3 stars. Arkansas didnt get the talent needed to sustain their run imo

Before him coach Coop had us top 5 every year he just couldnt win the big games. Before him Earl Bruce was up n down, and before him Woody Hayes is a all time great. Urban is Urban. Being in a weak conference and not surrounded by superpowers helps y'all.
