But seriously, why did anyone even doubt a guy that's been writing "I can do all things on his shoes through Christ" for his entire basketball career to begin with. Steph and the Warriors were destined to win and this year made the most sense.
You really think (in Stephs mind) God would bring him to the NBA finals, after winning 60+ games, NOT have to face the clippers or Spurs, beating an injured Memphis, only to lose to Lebron and the Cavs WITHOUT their best two players?
Plus there's no WAY Lebron could come back to Cleveland, inherit a stacked team and win a title in the same year. Life's just not that easy, brehs. You gotta work for something's. "Earned not given"..... right?
