Breh i mentioned its a stan spot. I would probably have it where you do realistically in terms of heist but ive been waiting so long for a list to put it on i had to show my true stan colors

Anyway, did that top 20 characters thingy ever end or not? If it did, I didn't notice and that's one reason I haven't paid much attention to this thread. Well, that and the fact I've thought about it in passing and I can't really think of that many heist movies, or at least, my memory doesn't recognize them as heist movies. Even looking at some of these lists I'm like 'That's an obvious choice but I would've never come up with it of the top of my head'. So frankly, I'll think I'll pass on this shyt.
Side-note: fukk Inception too.
Can't believe someone else here has seen The Friends of Eddie Coyle. An unknown gem.
Actually just watched my Criterion blu last week. Loved it even more than the first time I saw it. Sone critics of the film call it overwritten, and there's some truth to that since much of the dialog was taken straight from the book, and prose is different from speech.....but as a fan of great dialog, it was right up my alley.
I consider it a masterpiece.
