I'm still fairly young but I cant still cant wrap my head around sagging pants on this generation. Its been around a long time but I feel it's the actual style of this generation to show your draws with your pants hanging off your ass where as back in the day it was not as intentional but more an accident of wearing pants too baggy if that makes any sense.
