I just take a finger or spoon and just go ham, then look at the jar and realize what I've done when the shyt is halfway empty. When it gets to the bottom, I throw a few scoops of ice cream in there to finish it off
If I ever wanted to ever stop giving a fukk and become fat, my cabinets would be stocked the brim with this shyt
