Sonic games should have probably went the 3D/2D level format some of Nintendo games have been doing. Like that Yoshi game for Wii U and Kirby, and DK, but just with Sonic and themes that fit Sonic. If they were to ever do 3D sonic, just keep advancing on shyt like this game.

I really can't understand why a great and iconic video game character like Sonic is so hard to have modern day classics made for it.

If anything blame Sega for putting out so many buggy poorly constructed Sonic games that sullied Sonic's legacy. People acting like Sonic never had classic fun games are straight up lying.

I used to think transformers and he man were great cartoons.

Terrible franchise filled with some downright awful games but people continue handing them money.

Breh, Sonic was never this mythical fantasy shyt I've been seeing in the 3D games. I didn't mind that 3D one with that Chaos villain, that bad guy was cool, but overall I really like that game mostly because of the chao garden.

I was still buying the 2D sonic games in the Eshop when I had the Wii. They were always a hit.

You put Sonic pinball on Switch it's day 1 for me. You can't honestly tell me you didn't enjoy the casino level in this game, especially when you had the Super Sonic cheat code on?

Edit: my bad, I was thinking Sonic 2. the one with robot Sonic at the end, and robotnik's giant robot.

Which game put the Dreamcast on the map, Sonic Adventure or NFL 2K? I'd go with 2K because that was the first time people started tuning out Madden.

I normally wouldn't suggest this, but I feel, in this case, it is well needed. Sonic needs a reboot. Sonic, at the height of its popularity was great when the games featured Sonic and Tails Prowler, so I would keep that relationship going. They need to let go off Dr. Eggman(AKA Dr. Robotnik for the old heads) and either create a new antagonist or create a new story angle for one of the existing characters in the universe. The Robotnik name change, due to trademarking issues, did damage to the popularity of the franchise before the mediocre games, notably Sonic Pinball.... lol

I feel that most old heads have moved on and new players just aren't into it because the comic/manga..... is obscure.

Only Nintendo, and sometimes Sony, are willing to put those types of resources into these types of games. You are wasting energy and time believing that Sega is going to do that for their most beloved franchise. As alredy mentioned, they should just pass it on to Nintendo.
