Depends on the actual tech work. If its developing a new feature from the ground up, we pay to have that done. I'm not a php expert at all although I can handle smaller modifications. All these new features added are part of the core forum software and were just released in this update.

No. There's too many problems with that. It says in our terms and conditions when you sign up that we only remove content at our discretion so anyone signing up should be aware that posts are here to stay
People ask us all the time - "I want to leave the site, delete all my posts please" - not only does that delete their posts, which can mess up existing threads but if they posted their own threads then it would be deleting other peoples posts.
