NBC never reset the Clock back to 40 after the previous Play, when they realized that they put the Correct time. You're a Dumb ass if you think the TV time and the Official stadium time both are the same, Pats dont control NBC thats on the network not the Pats. what I mean is that maybe the person responsible for network graphics reset the clock to the actual value, which people mistook for shenanigans. the clock that is reset, is synced properly. it wasnt before.
if refs take time to spot the ball, they start counting off from 25

looks like the play clock was never reset. that's not "his" signal for it, thats the OFFICIAL signal to reset the play clock...that the refs use. looks like he was reminding the refs or making sure they got it right

Well when you cheat as much as those fakkits have it's hard to take their word for anything
the refs SIGNAL for the clocks to be reset..hence the arm movement.
there are 2 signals to reset the play clock, one arm, like Brady did to reset back to 25 seconds, or 2 arms to reset to 40 secs
