Rae had a lot of debts and apparently couldn't think 5 minutes into the future. He got another woman pregnant and forced her to get an abortion. The woman he killed used to be a stripper so I don't know why he didn't foresee her getting pregnant. He was already paying child support to another woman who probably hasn't gotten a dime since 1999 and I highly doubt she will ask for any back payments when Rae gets out of jail.
