Owning her rights? Then they must own most rights to every damn thing in Marvel. What the hell does her being a mutant have to do with anything? LOL. If they could of used Magneto's kids in these flicks, they would of been there a long time ago during the first 3 flicks before the First Class make over.

The X-Men flicks have no rhyme or reason to their timeline. Fox could bring in his kids anytime they want and write some BS in the story to justify it. In the Fox films Alex Summers is at least 30 years older than his "older" brother Cyclops.
