Surprised some people haven't heard of her (yet), she's had a lot of top 10 success this year, nominated for Best New Artist for the MTV VMA's, etc.
As for the tour: she doesn't really seem mentally unstable and is more free spirited. Some folks just have some health problems. Like mentioned, it's a reschedule.
