Great interview. Misty Copeland is a talented, beautiful, smart, & "aware" woman. Similar to Halle Berry her mother gave her the realness at a young age & straight up told her how she'd be viewed by society. To her

The person interviewing her said she was biracial. Misty also said her mother told her she was Italian & some other Euro ancestry. I guess she was wrong. I didn't know either

I just read her birth parents were both mixed with black and some European, but she was adopted.
