I hate nit-picking but this episode was too much

If Gendry got away, why couldn't they get away as well?

This was Gendry's 1st time in the North, and 1st time beyond the wall, he was able to make it back on his own?

How long did they survive there without food in the damn cold?

There was way too many wights, they would have gotten overrun eventually

Dany teleporting, they would have frozen to death/killed before the raven got to Dany.

Why the fukk didn't Uncle Benjen just get on the horse with him?

Yes that would have made MUUUCCCHHHH more sense.

It actually would have also legitimized Bran because he's been kind of useless this season.

I'm deciding between that as my head cannon or either Dany deciding on her own to go without receiving a raven.

I have to pretend what actually happened doesn't exist.

I hope some brehs do a fan edit of the episode and I'll just watch that version in my rewatches

One thing I wish would've been different, was instead of Benjen saving Jon is if Rhaegal sensed the connection with Jon and came back to scoop him up. But I get why they're holding back on that right now.
