I'm let down by "The Fast & The Furious" movie franchise.

IMO, "Tokyo Drift" was the last good one. I watched 4-6 just to watch them.

The first 2 were so good. The 3rd was a complete failure. What they did to Peter's character

What made the 3rd so bad was the fact that the first two were so good, set the bar so high, and created such high expectations.

I had no expectations when Spidey got a reboot. I expected a bad film in the first which I got, and was surprisingly entertained by the second.

breh, it wasn't Raimi...read up on the movie's production...the producers were so heavily involved that they MADE Raimi add those extra characters and plot points...In fact, you can tell that Venom was a last minute add on; they had high hopes for commercialized money making, so they butted heads with Raimi the whole time during production, adding things he did not want

Yeah I remember that. But I still blame him for the overall shyt the movie became. Didn't he read the script prior to starting? It's one thing to add new characters at the last minute, but the overall character development of Peter in that movie was . The whole shyt show was a joke. shyt was like a Nickelodeon episode.

yea he read the script, but he signed a contract beforehand and producers/writers can call for rewrite during production/filming...happens all the time; there was nothing he couldd do to avoid what happened...I would blame him too if it wasn't well documented, but that's why he said fukk the Superhero movies after that

Hollywood writers really do think they are the cream of the crop.
There have been writers just out of college who had the nerve to rewrite major shakespeare plot points when adapting one of his plays to the bigscreen.
Some of these dudes need to realize that the writers who made these stories popular in the comics maybe knew what they were doing.
That way they try to follow the storylines a little more directly.
I've noticed that all the best scenes from comicbook movies come directly from the comics.
