I didn't like how they portrayed the tall black dude from Senegal. Had him sounding goofy, seeming lazy...and a sore loser...

....almost turned me off..

u new to anime breh? black folks ALWAYS get shyt on in them....HxH prolly gave bruthas the most justice but even he was weak and scared...i dont even let it bother me anymore cuz asians just ignorant af when it comes to black ppl so its whatever. Cant wait for that anime to come out with the all black cast

Maybe you need to do some research, Bob from Tenjo Tenge, is the definition of badass. Afro (obvious) pretty much carries the anime and is voiced by the OG Sam Jackson. and one of the biggest bad asses in anime; Killer Bee.

Are they stereotypes? of course they are, but the Japanese don't do it in an insulting manner, unless you think being god-like when it comes to; swordplay, martial arts, mysticism, is racist. We'll exclude Mr. Popo and Jynx and the Japanese have made fun of themselves countless times.

Kuroko is grossly more modern as this shyt just dropped 2 or 3 years ago. So much has changed, I respect Ippo, but yall not gonna come in here and disrespect the gawdly Kuroko jawn.
