Wayne performed at the Pavillon in the Woodlands with extra police protection and cancelled all the afterparty events that were actually in the city limits and got the fukk after the show.

But the most popular/believed story is that he was a heroin and coke kingpin back in the 80s when Houston was the murder capital and 5th Ward was the Bloody 5th.
