When RGIII started talking about Doug Williams and other black qbs he didn't see play but said that they didn't run, I knew his parents were in his ear telling him the truth.

Dude's from Copperas Cove. He was committed to UofH for the longest at the same time as Case Keenum. Baylor doubled Art Briles' salary and he went to Baylor bringing RG3 along with him in the exact same way he brought Kevin Kolb to UofH. Briles also brought Terrence Ganaway with him from UofH also. UofH and Baylor(once Art left Houston) where one of the few schools that offered him at qb. Dude was not going anywhere other than UofH or Baylor.
