Mexican people out here at some of the best American burger places I've been to. One of the best gyro spots here in SD is made by some Mexicans. I really see no problem if someone of another race is cooking that food if they're doing it right.

Asians cooking Italian food, Blacks cooking Asian food, seen it all.
