Being more racist will only get the Black community behind. Think about it for a second.
If you run a business, and you have the choice between hiring the best employees (including black employees), or you're racist and so you hire some unqualified employees just because they're black. In what scenario are you more likely to succeed as a black businessman?
If you run a university, and you have the choice between accepting the best students (including black students), or you're racist and so you accept some unqualified students just because they're black. In what scenario are you more likely to succeed as a Black university president?
On the other side, let's say you're a black employee and someone gives you a job that you shouldn't have been hired for, but you got offered it just because they're racist and you're black. Is that likely to make you a good employee and help you advance in life?
Let's say you're a black student and someone accepts you into a university you're unqualified to get into. Is that going to help your academic future?
Racist shyt hurts the people excluded by the racism AND the people who are practicing it. Look at the fukking South - why do you think the White people there are so far behind the White people elsewhere in every meaningful way? You concern yourself with being racist all the time, and people who aren't concerned with it are going to pass you by.
