Maybe Ethiopia? South Africa?
Ethiopia is very unstable and fragile
South Africa's economy is straight ass
the DRC can be a true black superpower if it got it's shyt together but that would be a threat to the other 53 african countries :francis:
the real potential lies in the countries with small populations (the island nations, Rwanda, Djibouti, Eritrea etc), we should care more about having healthy and stable countries rather than big military superpwers

Maybe Ethiopia? South Africa?

Ethiopia is landlocked. At most, it'll be a regional power with the potential to really affect the Nile watershed + the coast of the Horn of Africa. If it gets its electricity potential up and running, this could extend to Kenya - maybe.

South Africa could be a black superpower but it's economy is controlled by whites

America is developing a 'lily pad' strategy for global bases. The bases that America has in Germany are a thing of the past. Now, they'll simply use the military bases of other countries based upon agreements that they've signed with these sovereign states. So, when America needs to fly a drone to bomb a target in Burkina Faso - they may just use a base in northern Ghana.

It is important to note that America's military bases in Africa surround Nigeria :sas2:

Nigeria is the closest thing to a black superpower, if it ever gets its act together. But it won't.
:mjpls:
Your right about your analysis of U.S strategy in Africa but those German bases are Extremely important strategically. Losing them would disrupt the entire presence of the US in the eastern hemisphere.

Oh, and if we're honest, a military base in Ghana isn't the worst thing. Its places where bases aren't, is where fukkery happens :sas2:

Dont pretend South Korea, Japan, Germany, and countless others haven't been very stable as a result of it :usure:

The nikkas that share this account really need to get all their opinions on the same page.

“Napoleon” goes from a militant to a c00n in and back every other day.

The Democratic Republic of Congo is widely considered one of the world's richest countries in natural resources; its untapped deposits of raw minerals are estimated to be worth in excess of US$24 trillion.[117][118][119] The Congo has 70% of the world's coltan, a third of its cobalt, more than 30% of its diamond reserves, and a tenth of its copper.[120][121]

Definitely could be rich beyond belief. But what exactly would make it a threat to the other 53 countries?

DR Republic needs to get have a stronger military and elect an economically proven leader. The latter is most likely to happen but I don't know about the military situation. they have 24 trillion dollars worth in minerals and the Northern part is agricultural prime while the east flooded with fish

Consolidation of power and influence into a single country. Most smaller countries don't want to be under the shadow or influence of large countries.

I thought it was some long-kept ideological difference or border disputes.

Respect. Don't be a benefactor to America's consolidation of power globally
