Good album, 4/5.
Good stuff: variety, no straight weak spots, every song is listenable and dre shows a lot of versatility with the flows. The different artists all bring something unique to the table.
Bad stuff: the skits at the end of loose cannons and deep water were doing too much. Intros/outros to some of the songs were too long. Some will feel that's good for mood-setting but to me it just kills the energy of the tracks. The music is generally high-energy so keeping it tighter would have given the album a more explosive feel.
