ALL you dudes posting DBZ characters have missed the mark. Vegeta always played second fiddle to Goku and Gohan, but the way he put the work on that fat teapot-lookin android is one of the peaks of the whole show. Future Trunks did work with that sword, to his credit. Piccolo was the coolest of all the permanent characters, in my opinion.
But the character with the most swag in DBZ was without a shadow of a doubt, Android 16.
He was so swagged, most of the time, he didn't even give enough of a fukk to be in the fight. He liked to chill with the birds
When he gave Imperfect Cell the work with the rocket punch
Put him out for the count so he could blast him with the double hairdryers of Hell Flash
When he stayed protecting 18, even though he'd got half his head blasted off
