Look at the two parts I bolded. That's the problem. Some women are asking for EXACTLY that.

If someone follows you 6 blocks then yes you should inform him that you are calling the police and let the chips land where they may. He can take the hint or he can deal with the consequences, his choice. We agree there.

But you keep on bringing up this term "wildcard situation" as if it acts as some kind of excuse to punish people for crimes they have yet to commit. This is not the Minority report. Harassment is a crime, assault is a crime, potential harassment is not.
It's a wildcard situation in that you don't know how that man will take rejection. I speak for myself when I say I don't think men should be arrested just for saying hello. I don't speak for women collectively lol. Do I think women should take precautions when being approached by men on the street? Absolutely! You never know how that's gonna turn out. Do I think men should be punished for saying hello? Nope! Again, that's me speaking for myself, from my personal experience. Every woman is different though. This isn't just black men though, it's white and latino men too.

It's really sad I can tell you don't get ANY kind of p*ssy just by this one post.

What fukking man uses the word "sassy" to describe a verbal disagreement :mjlol::russ::bryan:

But it's all right, Uncle Tariq has probably stroked your deflated ego that it's all the feminist bedwenches and c00ns fault the reason you're not getting any play.

:bryan:Meanwhile he's probably laughing at you fukks calling in and blubbering asking for advice.

You right I think I should have used the word CACCY. :pachaha:

I've asked it once of twice. I will give you rep back if you call the Tariq show and get at him LOL.

Someone give this CAC his number.
Well for one, i'm new to this site so idk how reps work, 2 call Tariq and say what exactly? Everything every other black feminist may have already said and got bashed for? The guy cant take criticism, so he bashes and sends is hotep minions to do the same. Whose child is THAT bothered by a difference of opinion? It's life, people won't always agree with you, take your L and keep it pushing. Wtf do I need reps for? I'm not getting paid for this lol. This is just something to do when there's nothing to do, and it's pretty damn entertaining. But you guys are in your feelings so you can't have a mature debate with a woman. Not once have I called any of you guys calling me all types of bed wenches and sh*t out of your name lol.

I gave an example when I mentioned disproportionate media coverage when it comes to crimes committed against black men by police officers. How many people can honestly say they know who Rekia Boyd is? I bet you for everyone who couldn't, they can tell you that they know of Trayvon Martin, Mike Brown, or Eric Garner. Sandra Bland is one of the exceptions but this disproportionate media attention still happens even after her death.

once again, its the "you have the privilege of being noticed more, for something that disproportionately happens to you more" :dead:

if black women ever come close to surpassing BM in police related murders, you'll get the attention you feel is deserved. then BM can sit at the sidelines and point out all that juicy black female privilege

Thats white media.

Black media has been talking about the deaths of black women by racist cops for a good while now.

That Holtzclaw matter has been posted all over black media sites.

They don't bother me. I just don't agree with them and whenever I say let's agree to disagree, they attempt to change my mind. Which won't happen ever. I love Simone De Bouavior though.
I feel ya. A majority of my friends have completely different beliefs than I do. Makes for good conversations/debates but you can't change someone so it never goes that far for me lol. I let people rock.

By that definition every single interaction with another human is wildcard situation. It means absolutely nothing in the context of this discussion. :comeon:

Every woman is different doesn't mean anything. What if I said I was threatened by the very smell of a woman's perfume or her shadow? Relative to you, my feeling of insecurity is just as important as yours with that mindset. With that I could project my own fears to demand that the legislature is changed to criminalize women who stand too close to me.

You cannot rely on relative truths when forming the law. There must be consensus. I think street harrassment laws (W.I.P.) are an absolute joke.

Gender-based street harassment is unwanted comments, gestures, and actions forced on a stranger in a public place without their consent and is directed at them because of their actual or perceived sex, gender, gender expression, or sexual orientation.

Under these umbrella-wide guidelines, saying hi to a woman in a public place can be crime.

Do you not see anything wrong this this?
