I don't want another cycle. It's been so long :to:

I can feel it though :wow:

Here comes the:

Social isolation
Low sex drive
Bad eating patterns
Being quiet
Hating myself
Listening to kid cudi
Painting my fingernails and toenails black
Distancing myself from family and friends....possibly my girl

:wow: :mjcry: :wow:

So then why are you depressed then Dummy? Lmao

Oh yeah... cause youre a scrub internet addict and any endorphin rush you ever experience comes from a dap or rep notification

And my life is sad ? 18,000+ posts in 3 years nikka :mjlol:

Oh and wall streets dead
1.:umad:and it's very obvious.
2. Once upon a time, I would of gone back and forth with you with insults, retorts, and whatever...but you know what I'm a grown ass man and I'm obviously talking to some pissed off little boy that's looking to antagonize people he can't come in contact with face to face on the internet as a defense mechanism so...:yeshrug:I'm not looking to stoop down your level and you will never be on mine.
3. The nature of clinical depression isn't just "being down in the dumps"...and do you think I would ask to be depressed? Hells no. If I could, I would ask to not be depressed...but as you can clearly see

The depressed brain doesn't share the same attributes as the so-called "normal" brain...

Nor does the "normal" brain share the same attributes as a brain of someone that's suffering from a myriad of mental illnesses...

I guess all of the millions upon millions of dollars put into Neuroscience, PET Scans, CAT scans, and other developmental tools to further research the human brain have been put to waste...cause no one needs to listen to the words of scientists...right?:mjlol:

We should all listen to someone that probably didn't even graduate high school or at best dropped out of college first year....right?:mjlol:

You know this is doing nothing to me right be reaffirming every negative belief I've had about you as a poster...right?:mjlol:

Gotdamn boi you are pathetic...don't ever f*cking quote me again.:mjcry:

Some more vids on starting out of the dark.

They talk about picking up girls, but take the lessons in manliness as what they are.

No way that can be true.!!!!...I mean, just ask incredibly informed posters like @*L*E*G*A*C*Y* ...dude has access to neuroscientists publishing's over 8 years !!

:pachaha:
i agree with you.i feel like depression is some shyt that people in the western world use as an excuse for being complacent in life. You never see active, healthy, busy people complaining about depression. You never see people in developing countries complaining about depression.

And personally i only get depressed when i'm stagnant in life. As long as i keep busy i'm happy.

BUT everyone is unique. And for all i know depression could very well be a chemical imbalance (at least for some people).

this is idiotic. Just because someone doesn't "complain" or "speak openly" about issues, does not mean they aren't going through some shyt. Some people stay active and busy to keep their mind occupied but the moment they sit still or lay down. It's all bad.

Lol.

Okay first of all you do realize western medicine is a rip off right? Their whole goal is to keep you dependent upon prescriptions, drugs, and doctors. They don't want you to get better, they want you to keep spending money.

Second of all yea there is a chemical difference between a depressed brain, a normal brain, a brain with ptsd, etc.

But which came first, the depression? Or the chemical imbalance?

For all we know that chemical imbalance in the brain could be caused by remaining stagnant in life.

And if anything the PTSD example proves that. Because you develop the "PTSD chemical imbalance" AFTER you go through a traumatic event. The traumatic event CAUSES the chemical imbalance. The chemical imbalance does not cause the PTSD.

And again if you look at people in developing countries, people who work all day everyday, you'll rarely find them complaining about depression or any kind of mental disease.

Only in countries where western medicine has taken over do you hear about depression, bipolar disorder, and all these other chemical imbalances.

Again, i'm not claiming to know how everyones brain functions, but imo that depression shyt is all in your head.

Everyone is going through some shyt.

Thats life. Life is not a cakewalk. No matter how easy someone has it they'll always have something to feel sad about.

And anyone who sits down for too long is gonna become depressed. If you sit and dwell on problems what do you expect to happen? So don't dwell on problems. Find solutions.

Whether you dwell on it or not, it's still there. nikkas supposed to be on go 24/7? Ignoring/masking problems don't make them go away.

What life. I moved to one of the most expensive cities in the world when was 19 SOLO with 500 dollars in my pocket and turned myself into a 6 figure man with a 2500 dollar loan. What life are you talking about? :mjlol:

I think you're the one not built for this life. Get on meds. You cant handle reality. No shame in being weak.

I think you're talking about a rut.....depression is different

I'm winning in life bruh

Money right
My girl money right
I'm out the projects for good
My crib straight,my car straight, my fam straight
Killing it at work and I'm only 26...I'm 10 years ahead if my time. I'll be bringing in over 120k by 30....VP status :wow:

Now I'm just focusing on my health :manny:

My Depression is caused from childhood trauma so there are triggers (I don't know what they are...could be a smell, song or anything) that go off and then depression insets

Only thing is...I'm too strong for it to break me anymore. Now I just got isolated for a while and kind of lose touch but I'll bounce back quickly

nikkas who don't understand it shouldn't even cone into the thread :manny:
