I agree with her, but if salons aren't an option then we MUST be able to take care of the natural hair that grows out of our heads, we can't just say "fukk it" because the beauty shop doesn't cater to us, after all it is OUR hair.

I never said fukk it was an option otherwise I wouldn't be natural but u have to agree that more black women would be natural if salons knew how to work with our hair.

unfortunately I can't agree with that, maybe it's the women I've been around but they not only love their Indian Remy but they are IN LOVE with it and I've witnessed many of them say mean things about natural hair.

That's not my suggestion, I'm natural and always have been. My suggestion is to stop going so hard on women who don't know what to do, they've never been taught. We're saying these women hate themselves, they weren't given that option, they weren't taught how to love themselves to know how to hate themselves.

Haha, these are adult human beings not babies. They don't know any different is not a valid argument. They better use their brains to do some self evaluating and critical thinking instead of being overly self conscious. Maybe they could actually be useful apart from their vaginas.

Well that's up to them to decide to change, but when you're born in a county that teaches you that your features are not as beautiful, if the love isn't in the home you're going to conform to societal standards. This is why people bleach in india and Africa, why they dye their hair here, why they get surgeries to make their eyes wider in Asia and ect.. Every race of woman wants to be considered "more beautiful" by the standards of the world around them.

FOH BW are gorgeous and can wear whatever color hair they want and rock it like no other. Ladies I say we turn this into a hair color thread and tell these bitter ass men to eat it and love it anyway we decide to give it to them. Tried of this bytching and moaning.
