because imgur thought that we were using them as a CDN and they blacklisted us. im going to upgrade the feature so people can upload their smilies directly to our server instead of using a site like imgur. that upgrade wipes out all the existing data unfortunately.

the importer wont use imgur anymore...it will take all the users smilies and link them to the users in your server...so they will be hosted locally
