I always thought he retained an ethnic look he still looks sorta American but he looks like he would blend in maybe Senegal?

I think Americans have a different look someone like Lebron, Denzel Washington, and etc don't look like West Africans.

Yes, They look of west african origin but with a twist, if that makes any sense. Many African Americans are a mixture of many different West/ Central African countries and then add that white element and it makes many look different.
There are africans who look like Aframs too but I still think there is a difference.

Right. Most of the time you can tell an African-American from a West African. Same way you can tell a Dominican from an African-American.

I hear from many Africans say that D. wade looks like he's from Ghana.
I don't know maybe it's me but to me many Aframs just don't have an that organic look about them. It's always little traits that set them apart.

Wtf kind of thread is this? As long as our genetics is from West Africa, then we are soulfully tied there and truthfully not too much disjointed, as you can still see similarities in many things. When you go there they will know you are "Amerikkkan", but they know the history too. Just don't go there "ACTING" Amerikkkan and you'll be alright. No need to look exactly like.

Many of our people were taken from the "Gold Coast" and the cacs stopped in south america most times to "Break Slaves" . You can't just take a person from their genetic ties and environment and just tell them to be enslaved. We have warrior blood in us. We resisted at every turn against these cacs, so much they had to break us in.

Hell there were a large number of slaves that ended up in Virginia that had to be sent back, because we were too vicious. Go study up on that.

True but slaves where taken from all over the west. Some had been shipped from Angola to Virginia in the earliest wave.
