start today while it's on your mind is my advice

plus, if you start on the 19th, that means Ill be 17 days ahead of you instead of 13 :myman:

BTW the easiest way to do this is to do ten sets of 10 push up.s



We ain't going for easy. Easy don't build strength, endurance and muscle :ufdup:

I'm at 5 sets of 20 right now.

Next week,Imma bump it up to 4 sets of 25.

and I'm doing them slow, making sure i get full range movement. Down slow, back up, extend the arm completely. It burns :wow: but I can already see definition coming into my shoulders and arms :mjgrin:
