the reason why he'd opt out now is to get a long term deal. If he didn't think there was a market for him, he'd opt in, but he probably wants to pick his location.
Yeah i know that’s why I say he may go along with it because he gets overpaid for a year. He has to want to do it or LA basically is fukked because they didn’t get rid of him last year. It’s a small attempt to try to keep some kind of depth. Otherwise LA is going to get a star (which I think they are regardless of who it is) and the bench is going to be even worst than it was this year

It was funny listening to Justin Termine (does NBA Radio with Eddie Johnson) on Simmons' podcast the other day. He was comparing Thibs' approach to injuries to Ham.

Thibs is missing half his rotation but doesn't make excuses, embraces the guys he has available and makes gameplans around what's left. All season, Ham was like "we're missing Jarred Vanderbilt (or Cam Reddish, Vincent, some other scrub) so you can't judge us yet; it's not fair."

Ham's never gonna get a head coaching job again but people are still gonna run with the narrative that he was done dirty by LA or is the fall guy. It's OK to admit he's a horrendous coach.

even without Injuries, we've seen a history of Thibs running his players ligaments into puddy.

If Thibs could have a four man rotation, he would :lolbron:

Thank you AD for making this c*nt fukk off :blessed:
It should’ve been after the Allstar break you were too nice

B-b-b-but Lebron is the coach killer!!

Let’s be honest, it was more than just AD. Lebron seemed done with him, but a lot of the role players were done with him for awhile

Rui, Reaves, DLO, Wood, Christie, Vando made comments about his role on the team, etc

So what’s the deadline to stop discussing Ham? Can’t blame him for the inevitable failures next season

Draft night?

Start of FA?
