around 3-4 weeks ago. He said something about SEO (naming it Know Mercy was dumb to begin with)and Pat Mcafee being the reason. He sorta going all in on this venture. I guess this is why he doing things like going on Cam's show and stuff. He also plans to hit up Budden's pod as some point. He trying to "grow" his stuff. He thanks McAfee for "showing him the way" in one of the earlier episodes after the rebrand. I think he may be successful with it. It's mainly sports based, but involves other topics too. I skip all the politics talk though.
Sounds like SAS is juelzing and using SEO and Pat McAfee as excuses for his rebrand.
He most likely realized that bullshyt hot takes don't work in long form format and without ESPN push. Numbers he was getting were atrocious, not quite Skip atrocious but still bad, and out in the open on YouTube for everyone to see.
So now he's doing a full on pivot to culture war/politics grift. He already has experience on FOX news and seems like an easy way to get views
