Yep paperwork has been looked at for ages.
Meech was given the all clear in the Feds so if he was snitching and there was allegations of dudes in the streets getting hemmed up after him he covered it up well.
The Government doesn’t really care if you’re exposed as a snitch after you’ve been released so it appears that money pays for a lot of things and the streets been dead.

From the highly intelligent YouTube videos I've watched it seems like it's something known as third party cooperation.What's it saying?
A third party gathers information and snitches by proxy.
Supposedly this Tammy Cowin girl snitched on a guy in order to get Meech time reduced.
Apparently she was messing around with a cop so that's why his time didn't get reduced.
And the plan was to snitch on a Mexican dealer first, but some how this Cuffy dude got caught up instead.
I been paying attention to politics so much I forgot about the important shyt like if Meech snitched.
