Youth VS Experiences OKC vs LAKERS the Paper test(before thinking of the finals)

ok. i know everyone gives Lakers the pass to the finals already.. but lets be real..

OKC are BEASTS..

they got the legs (pause)
the size (pause)
and this year the drive to avenge their defeat...

Lakers got the wit of of age.. and some youth...

in the end.. i think the major factors will be

lakers
- Kobe will shoot
- the diferenc btween howard and Bynum
- Kobe will shoot
- Pau seems to be on a mission (interview wise)
- Kobe will shoot
- Nash wont be able to defend.. but he will move the crowd..at which point..
- Kobe will shoot

OKC
- Westbrook will shoot. if he learns to be more point guard less shooting.. then this team will be close to being unstoppable.. his drive is one of the current best in the league tho.

pretty much everything else can stay the same..


btw its not the first time Lakers packed their team with superstars.

Payton didn't fit in the Triangle at all, Malone's knee was way worse than Nash's back. Kobe led the league in scoring for most of the season and Nash iirc was tops in assists, and we adding Dwight and turning Gasol into our new Odom.

I know your upset right now, but try to understand that no team is fukkin wit this Lakeset squadron right now.

I agree.

I'm still not completely sold this makes the Lakers better than OKC right now. Another year of improvement from Durant, Harden, Westbrook, and Ibaka probably evens the gap.

OKC also had a pretty good draft, Jones at 28 wasn't even fair.

And Perkins has had as much success against Dwight as anybody.

Plus, Dwight hasn't and won't guarantee a long term future with the Lakers, he will test free agency no matter what... And if you don't think Dwight will have problems if Kobe continues to put up as many shot attempts as he has in the past, you're out your mind. It'lll probably be the reason he won't stay after this season and goes to Dallas.
