Old School Players to New School Fools
1, Street Fighter 2 series (Fave being the original, Turbo, Super Turbo, Alpha, SSF4 - I am an original Guile player that migrated to Gen) Have not played 5 yet. How does it stack up vs 4?

2, The Super Mario Series (Fave being 1, 3, 64, Sunshine and Galaxy) never played Galaxy 2, but will purchase the Switch for the new game in September.

3, Shenmue series (Dreamcast) You should already know.

4, Panzer Dragoon Saga (Sega Saturn) This really was a mind blowing RPG. I think it still is the most expensive video game on ebay.

5, Nights into Dreams (Sega Saturn) This was incredibly executed and ever so clever. That AI gave it unlimited value. (first of its kind)

6, The Legend of Zelda (SNES) I stopped here, but may buy the new one on Switch, Its good right?

7, Mario Kart (SNES)
8, Mike Tysons Punch Out (NES & SNES)
9, Super Metroid (SNES)
10, Tetris (I am a grand wizard)

Street Fighter EX 3 (PS2) (same story. Played the hell out of it but....)

Street Fighter Alpha 3 (PS1)

Dragon Ball Z Budokai 1(PS2) (first fighting game with a story mode)

Bully(PS2) (nostalgia being a kid while playing this was epic)

Manhunt 2(PS2) (First really brutal, creepy ass game. Low key prepared me for future scary ass games like Alien Isolation or Outlast)

Metal Gear Solid (PS1) (NEVER OWNED THE GAME. JUST THE DEMO, THATS HOW ICONIC AND HOW MUCH THE GAME CHANGED GAMING FOR ME. Played the demo ALOOOT)

NBA Street 2 (PS2)

NFS Most Wanted(PS2) (The Racing game that changed everything. Made me go back and buy UG1, Carbon and UG2)

Crash Bandicoot 2 / CTR (PS1)

Grand Theft Auto IV (PS3) (1st PS3 Game, the depressed "All alone out here" vibe of the game really made me think "This is Life")

Saints Row 2 (Waited years to get a a next gen system so I could buy this game after my cousin let me play SR1 on his 360 in 06)

CoD Black Ops (Had some good times, 1st CoD. The Zombies were lit, never forget my 40-0 TDM game.)


These games may or not be top 10 but they are definitely going in my GAMING Hall Of Fame.

Sonic made your list I see...
I really liked the orgnal Sonic Adventure on Dreamcast, and Sonic 1 on Genesis but just felt they put everything into the first few words and then kind of backed off...

its really hard to make a top 10. these are the ones that came to mind but as I was finishing the list I started thinking of shyt like Goldeneye and Smash Bros, and Final Fantasy VIII, Alienation, Resogun, Sleeping Dogs, Vanquish, Pokemon, Ocarina of Time, San Andreas etc

these are all shyts that I sunk a bunch of time into
