The only thing I dont like is that "doo doo doo" melody at the beginning of the song and the way it carries on...I don't like that sound...
Besides that, great work...You really put in work the drums and percussions...You have some serious hi hat game..
I like darker beats, and I think this one is kind of like in the middle, I think a church bell somewhere in the mix will make it a little darker...For example, at the 48second mark, that transition needs a church bell...To create that feel of finality...You are shutting everything down...
I hear a lot of bodies dropping on this beat...

yo, fam, fantastic feedback. I really appreciate your insight and, also, am quite grateful for your listen, too.
The mixing was tough because of how much room the bass line demanded. I'm still not crazy about it, but it'll suffice. I went to audio engineering school in NYC over a decade ago and, despite forgetting the majority of curriculum, managed to retain some key aspects.
