Are you still doing PHAT? I'm starting to think maybe hitting legs 2x a week isn't that great to get your squat #s up.

yeah, i'm still doing PHAT. you could be right about that 2x a week thing. i don't know what it is, when i first start PHAT i made great progress w squats. then all of a sudden i hit a brick wall.

i think i may switch to a lower volume routine after the summer thru the fall. then after new years switch back to PHAT going into next summer.

deadlift is my favorite because i only do one set of 5 every other session.

least favorite has to be either squats or barbell row. both because of form issues.

most-DB pullover, only been doing it for a couple months but it def is helping

least-Cardio, not a lift but I ain't been feeling like doing it lately, hardly go over 10min anymore

Boring, but necessary (among other things). Haven't done legs in weeks :to::flabbynsick:
