I know there's tons of blockbuster popcorn/superhero flicks next year but i'm kind of wait and see on them. I have a feeling most of them are going to be disappointing.

1. Hateful Eight - Tarantino da gawd = always day one for me :smugbiden:

2. The Revenant - Inarritu the gawd + Dicaprio + Tom Hardy = IN :ohlawd: :blessed:

I'm sure @kp404 can fill me in on some of the indie flicks coming out

@MartyMcFly @Sensitive Blake Griffin @blazn101 @pickles @HHR @TheGodling

Man I haven't even thought about it too tough yet but off the top of my head, I'd say hateful eight is number 1, Spectre is 2 and as a surprise, I'm going to go with Straight Outta Compton at number 3. I'm really curious about it and Ice Cube showed a trailer at his show earlier this week or last week and it looks like it'll be interesting at least and surprisingly socially relevant

I'm neutral on all three of those although if I had to pick one I'm more looking forward to, it's probably star wars just because it's been so long (pause). Jurassic World looks like it'll be fun and with most comic book flicks, I'm even keel that way I won't be too disappointed or too hyped. I'm always excited about new QT and I'm always excited about new Bond so those are my default 1 and 2 and they could possibly be flipped. But this Straight Outta Compton joint kinda intrigues me

i haven't looked at much that is on slate for next year

but star wars is easily my most anticipated. I think it's going to be fukking incredible. I'm actually also really interested in "The Martian" directed by Ridley Scott and written by the guy who directed/wrote cabin in the woods, world war z, and cloverfield. Starring Matt Damon, Jessica Chastain (:noah: :noah: :noah:), Kate Mara (:noah: :noah: :noah:), Sean Bean and Jeff Daniels.

I wasn't even aware of that Inarritu flick, Tom Hardy tho? I'm fukking IN.

oh, and I'm really looking forward to the reboot of Mad Max with Hardy as well.

The most appealing thing on that list is the new Pixar film. All others are sequels, franchises and just generally uninteresting looking.

But who knows, the movie about a dude being mauled by a bear and vowing revenge could be alright.

That said my vote goes for 50 Shades of Grey :manny:
